2018 Summer CSA
Black Family Farms is excited to announce that we will be offering a 2018 Summer CSA! This will be our second season and we are looking forward to another great year! Our CSA will be a 10 week program with full and half shares available. We have been providing our family and friends with produce as long as we can remember. We cannot wait to share our farm fresh produce with your family!
What is a CSA?
CSA or Community Supported Agriculture is a program that allows families to have access to locally raised produce. By becoming involved in our 2018 Summer CSA, you are purchasing a "share" of the produce we grow. The produce will be harvested weekly and available for site delivery or on-farm pickup. Each box will contain approximately 1/2 bushel of farm fresh produce and weekly recipes.

What is the cost?
Our 10 week Summer CSA is available in full and half shares starting the third weekend of June (June 16th) and available until the third weekend of August (August 18th).

Full Shares - 10 produce boxes
On-Farm Pick Up - $220.00
Clarksville Delivery site - $250.00

Half Shares - 5 produce boxes
On-Farm Pick Up - $110.00
Clarksville Delivery Site - $125.00
What should I expect in my box?
The weekly or bi-weekly box will contain approximately 1/2 bushel of produce and weekly recipes shared from our family. The box will contain items that are in season at the time of picking. We plan to produce strawberries, sweet corn, peppers, lettuce, fresh herbs, cucumbers, squash, and many more items! We cannot guarantee weekly items, but we can guarantee that your box will include a variety of farm fresh produce for your family to enjoy.
