Spring 2026
Currently booking for Spring of 2026. Projected ready date is mid-May. Target live weight is 1200 lbs. We have already secured a butcher date with our own source, but you are welcome to use your own. Estimated price for Spring is $2.80/lb live weight. This price does not include the butcher's fee which is separate and paid directly to them.
Fall 2026
Currently booking for Fall of 2026. Projected ready date is mid-October. Target live weight is 1200 lbs. Price will be based on current market value at that time. You would need to secure your own butcher.
